I want to make the booking process as simple as possible for you! Please review my policies and procedures below before booking.
DISCLAIMER
~Please notify me if you have any severe hair loss, damage, or thinning. Certain styles may be adjustable or recommended for certain looks to be achieved.

GENERAL
~Hair IS included with all braided styles. Hair colors are optional when booking
​
~Any wanted add ons can be listed in this section on the booking
​
~No children under the age of13

~Emergency appointments are available depending on service request and availability

~Any service booked between 48 hours of desired time and date of service, IS considered an emergency appointment

~There is a $50 emergency appointment fee that CANNOT be combined with any other ongoing special or sale
Post Booking
~After you have booked an automated confirmation email will be sent to confirm date and time
​
~A manual email will be sent the week of your appointment including the address, remaining balance, and any add ons that may have been listed when booking
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
~Hair must be completely cleaned AND blown out straight. If hair is dirty or saturated with product/oil, you will be asked to reschedule.

~No extra guests

~Food and drinks are permitted

Deposits
~A non refundable $25-$35 deposit is required to confirm any appointment
~Remaining balance for any service must be paid in CASH the day of appointment.

~$5 fee for Cash App/Apple Pay if necessary

~When notified, there is a 10 minute late grace period
​
~After 10 minutes, there will be a extra $15 charge to the remaining balance of your appointment
​
~If running anymore than 15 minutes behind, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled upon request
no call no show
~NO CALL NO SHOWS will be cancelled and no longer able to book
~ANY cancellations will require a new deposit to reschedule

~Deposits CANNOT be transferred
